The Master Injector Institute (MII) is the brainchild of the education and training industry veteran and two facial plastic surgeons who teamed up to create a modern, intensive, and medical doctors – conducted training for the healthcare professionals wishing to obtain or sharpen their aesthetic injections skills. Taught at Nuance Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery’s clinical facilities conveniently located in the beautiful Las Vegas community of Summerlin, MII is poised to serve its national and international students with industry flagship style and quality. We use a holistic and communicative approach to build the foundation of your successful clinical practice, with the emphasis not only on your injectable skills but also on patients’ safety and satisfaction, treatment efficacy, and practice profitability. Our surgeons-educators are both Board Certified and Fellowship trained Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. They have designed MII programs with a heavy emphasis on hands-on injection training with models and included such important topics as aesthetic consultations conduct, comprehensive facial analysis, medical photography, and interaction with difficult patients.
Our Courses
Mehdi Sina, MD, MBA
Dr. Mehdi Sina is board-certified and fellowship-trained in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. He practiced for numerous years on Park Avenue in New York and in Beverly Hills, California before bringing his five-star practice to Las Vegas.
Dr. Sina also holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) degree, authored numerous scientific publications and book chapters, and continues to participate in cutting-edge surgical research. He comes to the Master Injector Institute as a clinician, surgeon, and proponent of maintaining the highest standards for patient satisfaction and safety. Your patients are literally going to place their faces in your hands, and Dr. Sina wants you to take this charge seriously.
Jeannie Khavkin, MD
Dr. Jeannie Khavkin is a board-certified and fellowship-trained surgeon specializing in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. She was fortunate to be trained by two internationally renowned leaders in facial plastic surgery, both past presidents of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
As one of the very few female plastic surgeons in Nevada, Dr. Khavkin boasts a uniquely feminine perspective on facial plastic surgery and aesthetic injections. She brings an extensive clinical experience along with her patient-caring demeanor, innate sense of aesthetics, and meticulous attention to detail into the Master Injector Institute.
Leon E. Linton, Ed.D, MBA
Dr. Leon E. Linton is an organizational leader, serial entrepreneur, change manager, and business brand developer with over thirty years of extensive global experience.
He co-founded, lead, and advised successful high-tech, worldwide marketing, and specialized medical services organizations. Dr. Linton is a firm believer in hands-on and experiential learning. He enthusiastically applies his knowledge and skills to making Master Injector Institute a destination for injection medicine professionals nationwide.
